This richly cabled wrap is inspired by, the intertwining branches of driftwood, the teardrop-shaped beads of ocean water rolling down a glass window, and the beautifully picturesque seaspray created as plunging waves crash into massive stones and coastal cliffs. The moss stitch texture present within some of the cables nods to all the flora and lively warmth encountered on a mariners journey.

NOTES

Worked flat from the bottom up. Markers are placed as a guide for working large chart.
To swatch cable pattern, cast on 32 sts. Work 5 sts in reverse st st, work charted sts 12–33 over 22 sts, work 5 sts in reverse st st, working rows 1–33 of chart. Feel free to add a garter stitch border around the swatch.
