Shipping Information

Small Orders:

1-2 count Hats/Beanies, or 1-4 count Headbands per order -- $6.50 USD flat rate

Medium-Large Orders:

Single wrap scarves/cowls, Rectangular panel scarves, Infinity scarves, chunky scarves, oversized scarves, or combination orders -- $7.00 USD flat rate

• I ship via USPS to offer you the most economical shipping method possible.
• Domestic orders will take between 2 to 5 business days for travel.
• Tracking number will be provided for domestic shipments

Lost, Stolen, and Undelivered Shipments:

Visuvio's Crafts is not held liable for USPS failures. If any USPS mistake is every to arise, those are not a reflection on my level of dedication to my customers. All packages will be shipped with tracking numbers - if you would like insurance added- please know that additional insurance is an option within the shipping drop down bar within the checkout.

Shipment & Address Changes:

• I will ship to the shipment address listed in the order confirmation. 
• Any packages returned due to wrong or incorrect addresses will be reshipped at the cost of purchaser.

Returns & Exchanges

Everything is final sale. Patterns/Digital Downloads, books, needles, hooks, accessories, and all non-yarn products are not returnable. Each physical item is knitted/crocheted-to-order and because of this I have a final sale policy. Please read the descriptions very carefully before you purchase to ensure you’ve selected your preferred sizes and etc. I do my absolute best to accurately and fully describe each item I have listed with size, color, fit, etc. PLEASE contact with me any questions or concerns you might have before you purchase so that we can resolve any issues or concerns beforehand!

In certain circumstances where items have been damaged in shipping transit, I may accept exchanges/returns. Items must be sent back within five days of the item being received and items must be in the same condition in which it was originally sent. I must be contacted before you begin shipping the item back to me. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable
